Refunds are available to the original purchaser of the item in the form of payment the purchase was made within 30 days of the purchase with receipt or proof of purchase, if 30 days have passed since the purchase we cannot offer a refund. Non-warranty returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds will be for the purchase price (less restocking fee) only and no shipping charges or fees will be refunded. If the returned item was used to qualify the purchase for a promotional offer, the cost of the promotional item will be deducted from the refunded amount. Free promotional items are not returnable. Promotional pricing will be used in determining refund amounts.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (less 20% when applicable), using the original method of payment. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
